Don Cormier: "Mr. Cook, when a software company shows up at our doorstep asking us to build a website, you have to realize we are going to be a little more than just overcautious that someone is not just trying to get a peek at Colonel Sanders secret recipe – if I can use that illustration for the moment. Please help me understand. I'm quite certain that as a software company your team is more than capable of developing a website, maintaining and managing it, just as easily as I could. Moreover, you have an entire graphics arts department, so designing a website that would look eye-catching and professional shouldn't be a problem either."

Don's Question: "So why is a more than capable software company with a graphics department coming to Doncor.com and CMSIntelligence Inc. for a website?"

Dave's Answer: "Of course we could easily design, build, maintain a website without any problems. However, to take one of my programming staff away from what really makes our company money would be counterproductive in contrast. We have compared the CMSIntelligence system to other content management systems – and trust me we have seen a lot of content management systems. However none of them have been user-friendly enough to utilize our secretary for website update duties. To use our programmers as webmasters even once a week would cost our organization far more than what it would cost for us to use a secretary for the same results. Your content management system helps us to save both time and money."
