Don Cormier - C.E.O. and founder of Doncor.com
Don Cormier founded Doncor.com in March 1999. His vision to "prepare people today for the things of tomorrow" came to him during the dot-com crash. By simply believing that strong principles would be the back bone of the company, his value system; HONOUR, TRUTH, and INTEGRITY, along with a positive attitude, sustain Doncor.com during the tough times.
Currently, Don is our chief graphic designer and website concept developer. He believes there are no shortcuts to completing a job well done. He says, "It is a matter of serving with integrity." Shortcuts will only shortchange the lazy out of their own success. "Lazy hands make a man poor, but diligent hands bring wealth" (Proverbs 10:4 NIV). It's the oldest recipe in the world for success and it still works.

Blair (Senior Programming)
Blair has been with Doncor.com since 2003 and came to us with over 20 years of the highest level of experience and programming capability. Initially Blair came on board to help standardize our hosting environment, programming practices and software tools, but has since done far more then we could have imagined.
He has worked with many companies both large and small, from large financial services outsourcing companies to small start-up companies. He has experience with every aspect/layer of web applications all the way from the application code to the last firewall that delivers the request to the client. This unique understanding allows him to fully understand the web applications, perceive bottlenecks issues and control all aspects of the application design. Robert (Updates Webmaster)
Robert has worked for Doncor.com since 2004 and brings with him over 10 years experience working in web development. He has worked on sites of all sizes - from small companies to large corporations reaching millions of clients. Terry (Senior Administrator)
Terry comes to Doncor.com with several years of experience in management. From customer service, to administration and bookkeeping, Terry will look after all of our clients needs and personally care for the successful launch of every site her self. Terry is currently our project manager and customer service overseer.The efficiency that she brings to every task she sets her hands on carries Doncor.com through every project to completion. Matt (Senior Design Technician)
Matt Froese has spent the last four years planning and developing websites and web applications.Working from St. Catharines, Ontario, for another web design company for more then 2 years, Matt excels in developing attractive web applications from proof of concept to delivery of product. Focusing on planning, his aim is to reduce development time by doing it right the first time.
For design, Matt utilizes many different tools such as Microsoft Visio to create a wire frame or story board while turning to Adobe Photoshop for a more visual concept. Taking a layout to the next level, he focuses on standards compliance as he implement the latest practices of XHTML and CSS.
Developmentally, Matt mostly uses several different programming languages accompanied with MSSQL. Depending on the nature of a project he can use different environments such as Linux with PHP and MySQL.
Along with several projects already Matt worked on this very site along with Don Cormier. Together they complete great design concepts that carry the look and feel Doncor.com is famous for, to every website we build.
